Description:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be supporting vulnerable adults in a residential care home. Your main role will be to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, preparing meals and drinks, feeding (where necessary), mobility and providing general comfort and support.
You will help the residents to maintain as much independence as possible whilst promoting dignity and respect at all times to residents, their families and staff alike.
Our Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided to the right candidate.
A kind, Caring and Considerate personality
Good Communication skills and understanding of the English Language both written and verbally
Have all relevant training certificates or be willing to undergo such training
You must be respectful of others and promote equality and diversity
